Vegetarian Veteran tested this week – BIG TIME!

Had dinner out at a steak place with clients – first time trying to keep to veggies in a meat palace. Had some battered veggies for apps, friends had fried clalmari and lettuce wraps. Had a pasta dish (86 the shrimp please!) with artichokes and mushrooms. Lived through it while they ate rib eye (used to be my favorite).

I know places like this cater to the carniverous nature of us all, but hey guys – how about a couple of things more for mixed groups?
